01: WHAT'S THE BOOKING PROCESS?
A: First, say hello by filling out the contact form with the required information! The more info the better. Then, we'll schedule a call/coffee, talk about your vision and details, get to know each other, and see if we're a great fit for one another. From there, I'll send over a proposal including an invoice summary, contract, and payment page. Once that's completed, YOU'RE BOOKED! After that, we'll spend the rest of the time up until your wedding freaking out in excitement over allll of those fun little details and your vision!
02: WHY DO YOU NOT BOOK ON SATURDAYS?
A: This is probably the most commonly asked question I receive and the most important to me. Saturday is the day that I keep Sabbath. A day of rest. A day to lean into my Creator extra closely. Making this shift for my business of working only Sunday-Friday has been wild and understandably very confusing to most people. Turning down amazing clients and projects is not something that I enjoy, but keeping that day sacred and set apart is a priority to me.
01: HOW DO YOU OPERATE AND HOW DO I KNOW THAT WE'LL BE A GOOD FIT?
A: If you're looking for a traditional and ultra-posed photographer, coming into this with a list/folder of specific poses, and want the same shots as everyone else— I'm afraid we won't be a good fit for one another.
However, if you're looking for a photographer who wants to know you and document you in a deep, meaningful, creative, and REAL way— I'm your girl. I'm a true shadow and confidant to my clients, and I have a unique vision and way of documenting the moments placed before me.
03. DO I REALLY NEED A PHOTOGRAPHER? ESPECIALLY A HIGHER PRICED PHOTOGRAPHER?
A: It's true of all things in life— you get what you pay for. You could spend the majority of your budget on something like the food, but are you going to deeply remember and reminisce over it in 30 years? What about your wedding photos? A GOOD PHOTOGRAPHER's job is to take what's in front of them, and capture their authenticity, while romanticizing your most precious moments. When choosing a photographer: you need to love their photos, editing style, and their personality. You don't want a person you don't connect with to be guiding & a part of some of the most intimate & special of moments. You want someone you can trust.
02. HOW QUICKLY IS YOUR TURN-AROUND TIME? WHEN WILL WE SEE OUR PHOTOS?
A: For portrait sessions, my turn-around time is around two weeks. For wedding and elopement packages, you will receive sneak peeks around 72 hours of your wedding day. You can expect your gallery around 4 weeks after your event date. A rush fee is available as an add-on if you just can'tttt handle the anticipation☺
03. HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?
A: For portrait sessions, you will receive 20 high resolution images in an online digital gallery. For wedding packages, you will receive anywhere from 400-1,000 photos depending on how many hours I shoot on your wedding/elopement day!
06. SOME OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS CAN'T STAND TO BE IN THE SAME ROOM AS EACH OTHER. WHAT DO I DO?
A: Trust me, EVERYONE has family drama! Just let me know if there are any conflicts that need to be addressed, and we will discretely deal with it by doing separate family photos, opposite sides, etc. We'll do whatever we need to do to KEEP THIS DAY ABOUT THE BOTH OF YOU on your wedding day & keep the drama away.
